JUNIOR SCHOOL TEACHER – MATHS/PHYSICS

Our client based in Nairobi is looking to fill the above position. The individual will be responsible for developing the subject curriculum for all students and ensuring high student performance through proper instructing.

Responsibilities

• Cater for and enhance the precise needs and learning styles of each student.
• Make and follow schemes of work prepared as required.
• Assist the curriculum coordinator in the particular subject curriculum organization.
• Prepare medium and short-term plans in conjunction with the other members of the subject to ensure the curriculum is being followed.
• Teaching lessons at the times stipulated on the school timetable.

Qualifications

• Bachelors / Diploma in Education - Mathematics/Physics combination.
• At least 2 years of experience teaching Mathematics and Physics at Junior secondary or high school level.
• Should be TSC compliant.
• KCSE Grades: Maths-C English-C, Physics-C.
