Service Advisor

Our client in the automotive industry is looking to fill the above position. The individual will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth operations within the workshop and acting as a liaison between management, customers and the service technicians.


  • Coordinate and prioritize work orders and assignments
  • Monitor and manage repair turnaround times
  • Schedule and assign tasks to technicians and other workshop staff
  • Ensure that repairs and services meet quality standards and specifications
  • Conduct regular staff meetings for communication and training purposes


  • Diploma/Higher Diploma in Automotive technology/Mechanical Engineering or any related technical course
  • At least 2 years experience in an Auto-body shop supervisory position
  • Exemplary customer management and skills
  • Superb planning and organizational skills
