Our client in the automotive industry is looking to fill the above position. The individual will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth operations within the workshop and acting as a liaison between management, customers and the service technicians.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and prioritize work orders and assignments
- Monitor and manage repair turnaround times
- Schedule and assign tasks to technicians and other workshop staff
- Ensure that repairs and services meet quality standards and specifications
- Conduct regular staff meetings for communication and training purposes
Qualifications
- Diploma/Higher Diploma in Automotive technology/Mechanical Engineering or any related technical course
- At least 2 years experience in an Auto-body shop supervisory position
- Exemplary customer management and skills
- Superb planning and organizational skills
