We are looking for a Telesales Team Leader - Mobility to join our Mobility Commercial team; as we scale up and drive digital and financial inclusion across our markets.

As our Telesales Team Leader, you will be responsible for supporting telesales representatives to achieve departmental sales goals while coordinating seamlessly across departments to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will foster a high-performance culture focused on achieving and exceeding mobility sales targets.

About Us
In this pivotal leadership role, you will provide strategic direction and day-to-day leadership to our dynamic outbound telesales team. You will be the primary escalation point for complex queries, ensuring timely and effective resolution while supporting the planning and execution of telesales campaigns. Your expertise will drive conversion rates, revenue growth, and enhanced profit margins.
You will lead quality and compliance oversight, ensuring all team activities meet internal policies and consumer protection regulations. Through coaching, mentoring, and targeted training programs, you'll identify skill gaps and elevate team capability. Your role includes conducting regular performance reviews and delivering data-driven insights to senior management while serving as the designated risk and compliance champion for the telesales team.
This is an on-site role, you would be working from our offices in Kenya HQ, partnering with a diverse group of employees. You will be reporting to the Strategic Sales Manager - B2B and Telesales.

Expertise
We are seeking a proven leader with call centre/BPO experience and exceptional sales and communication skills. You should possess strong leadership and team management capabilities coupled with problem-solving expertise. Technical proficiency includes ability to work through CRM systems and knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office suite. Your data analysis and presentation skills will be crucial for driving team performance and reporting to senior management..
