Description

We are looking for a Mobility Telesales Agent (Outbound) to join our Mobility Commercial team; as we scale up and drive digital and financial inclusion across our markets.

As an Outbound Telesales Agent, you will help achieve our mobility team goal of acquiring and upselling motorbikes and other products to existing customers. You will be proactively reaching out to prospective customers, effectively pitching mobility solutions that change lives while conducting strategic follow-ups to maximize conversion opportunities.

About Us

In this dynamic sales role, you will initiate outbound calls to prospective customers, effectively pitching mobility products such as motorbikes while conducting timely and strategic follow-ups. You will engage our current M-KOPA customers through targeted outbound calls to promote and sell additional products and services tailored to their specific needs.

Your success will be measured by meeting or exceeding conversion and sales targets while maintaining focus on conversation quality and persuasive selling techniques. You will ensure all calls meet established quality standards including accuracy, professionalism, and adherence to compliance guidelines. The role involves optimizing talk time benchmarks to enhance productivity and identifying customer concerns that may impact purchasing decisions.

This is an on-site role, you would be working from our offices in Kenya HQ, partnering with a diverse group of employees. You will be reporting to the Telesales Team Leader - Mobility.

 

 

Expertise

We are looking for candidates with call centre/BPO experience and excellent sales and communication skills. You should demonstrate excellent persuasive and convincing skills while being result-oriented and self-driven. Essential capabilities include ability to multi-task and work through CRM systems effectively. Technical requirements include knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
