Stock controller

Qualifications:

• Three years of experience as a stock controller in the hospitality industry.
• A diploma/Degree in accounting is required.
• High levels of integrity, accountability, and reliability

Duties and responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of food, beverages, and supplies
• Receive, inspect, and record deliveries to ensure accuracy and quality
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies
• Track usage and minimize wastage through proper portion control
• Maintain accurate records and update inventory management systems
• Report on stock trends and suggest cost savings opportunities.
