Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide a friendly, professional, and efficient first point of contact to all pupils, parents, staff, professionals, and visitors contacting or visiting the school.
  • Receiving phone calls and reading school emails and dispatching mails to relevant persons.
  • Administrative Support
  • Organizing travel and itineraries
  • Diary management
  • Preparing board chair’s monthly/termly/annual meetings

Qualifications

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Must have customer service skills
  • At least 2 years experience in a busy environment
  • Understands the dynamics of running an office
  • Quick learner and ability to adapt in a dynamic environment
  • Great interpersonal skills and able to work well under pressure
