Description
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide a friendly, professional, and efficient first point of contact to all pupils, parents, staff, professionals, and visitors contacting or visiting the school.
- Receiving phone calls and reading school emails and dispatching mails to relevant persons.
- Administrative Support
- Organizing travel and itineraries
- Diary management
- Preparing board chair’s monthly/termly/annual meetings
Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Must have customer service skills
- At least 2 years experience in a busy environment
- Understands the dynamics of running an office
- Quick learner and ability to adapt in a dynamic environment
- Great interpersonal skills and able to work well under pressure
