Description

Our client in the automobile industry is seeking to hire a detail-oriented and organized accounts assistant with a strong foundation in accounting principles and financial administration. The individual will be responsible for managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling invoices, and assisting in month-end closing processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining accurate financial records including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Process payments for suppliers, contractors, and other business partners, ensuring payments are completed on time.
  • Reconcile bank statements with the company’s financial records to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
  • Support the budgeting process by providing data on expenses, cash flow, and revenues.
  • Enter financial data into the company’s accounting software, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • At least 2 years experience in accounting.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Computer literate and proven knowledge in accounting software.
  • Ability to work closely with other team members and with minimal supervision.
