Description
Our client, a learning institution in Nairobi is looking for a dedicated individual to fill the above position.
Duties and responsibilities
- Provide a friendly, professional, and efficient first point of contact to all pupils, parents, staff, professionals, and visitors contacting or visiting the school.
- Receiving phone calls and reading school emails and dispatching mails to relevant persons.
- Administrative Support.
- Organizing travel and itineraries.
- Diary management.
- Preparing board chair’s monthly/termly/annual meetings.
Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Must have customer service skills.
- At least 2 years experience in a busy environment.
- Understands the dynamics of running an office.
- Quick learner and ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.
- Great interpersonal skills and ability to work well under pressure.
