Description

Our client, a learning institution in Nairobi is looking for a dedicated individual to fill the above position.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Provide a friendly, professional, and efficient first point of contact to all pupils, parents, staff, professionals, and visitors contacting or visiting the school.
  • Receiving phone calls and reading school emails and dispatching mails to relevant persons.
  • Administrative Support.
  • Organizing travel and itineraries.
  • Diary management.
  • Preparing board chair’s monthly/termly/annual meetings.

Qualifications

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Must have customer service skills.
  • At least 2 years experience in a busy environment.
  • Understands the dynamics of running an office.
  • Quick learner and ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.
  • Great interpersonal skills and ability to work well under pressure.
