Are you a leader? Do you have experience in a busy working environment? Our client, based in Kasarani, Nairobi, is looking to fill the above position.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Education from an accredited institution.
• A Masters or Professional Development Course in Leadership and Management
• At least 10 years of experience as a school leader is required.
• Demonstrated experience in building a positive school culture.
• Proven track record of improvement in school performance and learning outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise, mentor, and provide professional support to teachers.
• Strong interpersonal, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience and great understanding of CBC.
• Experience working in a Christian value-based education system
• TSC Licensed.
