NURSE

Our client, a Hospital based in Mombasa and specializing in eye care is seeking to hire a competent, compassionate, and dedicated Nurse to join the healthcare team. The Nurse will provide high-quality patient care, working closely with doctors and other healthcare professionals to assess and treat patients.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee the quality of patient care and ensure adherence to clinical standards and best practices.
• Align Nursing practice with the mission, vision, and goals of the Hospital.
• Provide strategic leadership for other nursing department staff.
• Regularly check vital signs in patients
• Helping doctors during examinations, surgeries, or treatments.
• Offering guidance to patients and their families on managing conditions, care plans, and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with medical regulations and legal requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree/ Diploma in Nursing.
• At least 2 years experience in a similar role.
• Holder of valid practicing License by Nursing Council of Kenya.
• Trained on Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support.
