Description
Our client in the insurance industry is urgently seeking to recruit a competent and well-equipped Underwriting Officer to manage day to day operations of the underwriting department in line with the company policies and industry regulations.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Insurance, or a related discipline.
- Professional certification in insurance (ACII or equivalent).
- Diploma in Insurance.
- 4 years’ experience in the insurance industry with 2 years exposure to a senior position.
- Demonstrated track record in insurance and reinsurance.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to lead teams, oversee operations, and drive performance.
- Strong understanding of insurance regulations, underwriting standards, and market trends.
