3pl Courier Officer at Kilimall

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate with 3rd party couriers to resolve delivery exceptions (delays, wrong deliveries, lost parcels).
• Be fully responsible for 3PL Operation work including Fulfillment and courier operations.
• Oversee and manage transactions including On Time Courier Reverse delivery, follow up, and analysis.
• Update ticket statuses regularly with clear notes for customer service visibility.
• Liaise with other departments on escalated order issues and provide feedback within stipulated timelines.
• Ensure On Time Resolution for escalated order issues.
• Log all actions clearly within qing-flow for transparency.
• Escalate unresolved tickets to supervisors if delayed.
• Submit and analyse weekly courier progress and performance reports.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in logistics or fulfillment operations.

SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

• Critical Competencies: Customer-oriented mindset, Strong Communication Skills, Time Management and Prioritization, In-Depth Knowledge of Fulfillment Operations.
• Other Critical Competencies: Collaboration and Teamwork, Ability to work under minimal supervision, Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple escalations simultaneously.
