Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field from a recognized institution.
  • Must be available for a full-time internship during the specified period.

Key Competencies

  • Basic understanding of sales and customer service workflows
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Accuracy in data entry and record keeping
  • Record customer orders and assist with verification and coordination for processing and delivery.
  • Follow up with customers to confirm delivery timelines, order status, and resolve basic inquiries.
  • Maintain and update sales records, CRM systems, and databases.
  • Prepare quotations, proformas, and other sales-related documentation.
  • Assist in generating daily/weekly reports on sales activity and performance.
  • Support coordination between the sales team, production, finance, and logistics departments.
  • Participate in internal sales meetings and contribute insights from customer interactions.
  • Take part in on-the-job training and product familiarization sessions.
