Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Must be available for a full-time internship during the specified period.
Key Competencies
- Basic understanding of sales and customer service workflows
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Record customer orders and assist with verification and coordination for processing and delivery.
- Follow up with customers to confirm delivery timelines, order status, and resolve basic inquiries.
- Maintain and update sales records, CRM systems, and databases.
- Prepare quotations, proformas, and other sales-related documentation.
- Assist in generating daily/weekly reports on sales activity and performance.
- Support coordination between the sales team, production, finance, and logistics departments.
- Participate in internal sales meetings and contribute insights from customer interactions.
- Take part in on-the-job training and product familiarization sessions.
