Finance Officer at Holistics Human Resource Limited

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, balance sheets, and income reports.
• Develop budgets and forecasts to support strategic planning.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Oversee all financial operations.
• Provide financial insights to senior management for informed decision making.
• Manage risk management and cost control strategies.
• Implement and improve financial systems and processes.

Required skills and Qualifications

• Strong analytical and numeric skills.
• A Bachelor's degree in Finance and CPAK certification are required.
• Proficiency in financial software and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to interpret financial data for non-financial stakeholders.
• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.
• Professional certification, such as CMA or ACCA, is preferred.
• Knowledge of Sage 50 and advantage.

Gross salary

• 250k- 350k
