Description
We are seeking dynamic, goal-driven individuals with strong communication and persuasive selling skills to join our team as Field Agent Interns on a commission-based model. Interns will be responsible for promoting and selling company products in assigned areas using mobile tools, increasing brand visibility, engaging potential customers, and managing client relationships. They will also gather market feedback, monitor competitor activity, and ensure high-quality sales interactions.
Note: Agents will operate countrywide, not limited to specific regions.
Compensation includes a monthly retainer of KES 12,000 plus commission.
