School Principal

Our Client, a well established school in Juja is seeking a dynamic and experienced School Principal to lead thier institution in delivering high-quality education and holistic learner development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight of all school operations.
• Promote academic excellence, discipline, and staff development.
• Ensure compliance with Ministry of Education standards and policies.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education (B.Ed) or a related field. A Master’s Degree is an added advantage.
• Must be registered with the Teachers Service Commission (TSC).
• Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience and 3 years in a leadership/administrative role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of improving academic performance and school management.
