SPECIAL NEEDS TEACHER

Our client, a Christian School in the Education Sector, is looking for Special Needs Teachers. The ideal candidate will create an inclusive, safe, and spiritually enriching environment that fosters the holistic development of each child. 

Responsibilities

1.Enhance learning environment for high student performance

2.Ensure efficient resource management

3.Enhance Occupation/Health and Child Safety 

4.Provide valuable training sessions that turns students into Stars

5.Enhance effective communication with students and parents/guardians

6.Compliance with Ministry of Education and School Curriculum

7.Effective records management (learners’ profile)

8.Manage and maintain a high standard of student discipline

9.Ensure timely learners reports (rubrics, portfolios, anecdotal, and assessment)

10.Ensure 100% alignment to corporate culture and school values

11.Setting and Maintaining Kingdom Class Standards

Qualifications

1.Minimum three(3) years of relevant teaching experience as a Special Needs Teacher or an equivalent position in a reputable organization;

2.Degree or Diploma in special needs

3.TSC Number

4.Proficiency in Computer Applications.
