Club supervisor

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in hospitality.
• Preferably a male candidate of 35 years and above.
• 3 years of previous experience as a club supervisor.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours; nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Sound knowledge of club operations.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Oversee daily club operations, including a smooth and safe environment for guests and staff.
• Supervise and motivate staff.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Handle guest enquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.
