Claims Officer

Our Client in the Insurance Industry is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Claims Officer to join our team. The individual will manage and oversee the claims processes, ensure timely and accurate resolution, and maintain high client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Insurance, Business or a Related Field.
• Minimum of 3 years Experience in Insurance Claims Handling.
• Strong knowledge of Insurance policies and Industry regulations.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, process, and settle Insurance claims efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with Company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with clients, insurers, and third parties to resolve claims.
• Provide detailed claims reports and analysis to management.
• Mentor Junior claims staff
