Description
Our Client in the Insurance Industry is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Claims Officer to join our team. The individual will manage and oversee the claims processes, ensure timely and accurate resolution, and maintain high client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Insurance, Business or a Related Field.
- Minimum of 3 years Experience in Insurance Claims Handling.
- Strong knowledge of Insurance policies and Industry regulations.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, process, and settle Insurance claims efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with Company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with clients, insurers, and third parties to resolve claims.
- Provide detailed claims reports and analysis to management.
- Mentor Junior claims staff
