Description
Our client in insurance brokerage and finance based in Nairobi is seeking to fill the above position. He/She will be able to maximize revenue, accelerate organization growth by closing deals with market-leading business concepts, and strengthen client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
- Design and implement effective marketing strategies to sell new insurance contracts or adjust existing ones for our SME customers.
- Contact potential clients and create rapport by networking, cold calling, and using referrals.
- Identify the customers’ demands and sell suitable insurance plans.
- Collect information from clients on their risk profiles in order to offer them the proper solution.
- Prepare reports to shareholders on the success of your business endeavors.
- Build and maintain positive work relationships with clients in order to create a rapport that fosters customer loyalty and generates after-sales revenue.
- Develop and oversee the implementation of internal procedures and processes.
- Implement all strategies and policies so as to achieve the company’s objectives.
- Handle relationship building and customer satisfaction to ensure customer retention.
- Assist in tender preparation from technical documentation, quotation, and bid bond.
- Social media management.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of experience and proven track record.
- An insurance industry background is key.
- Ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executives.
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
- Proven ability to juggle multiple projects at a time with sharp attention to detail.
