Warehouse Supervisor (1 Position) at Haco Industries (K) Limited

Role Summary: To oversee inventory accuracy, order processing, and team performance while driving process improvements and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management: Lead stock/cycle counts to ensure 100% system-to-physical accuracy; monitor inventory risks and levels.
• Order Fulfillment: Manage the end-to-end fulfillment process to meet OTIFEF (On-Time In-Full Every-Time) KPIs.
• Process Improvement: Identify operational gaps, implement 5S/Kaizen standards, and resolve audit actions.
• Team & Safety Leadership: Supervise loading, route planning, and PPE compliance; manage trade returns and damage mitigation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain or Business management or any related course.
• 3+ years in warehousing, with 2+ years at a supervisory level in an FMCG environment.
• Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (preferably Sage) and MS Office.
