We are seeking an experienced Quality Improvement & Patient Safety; Infection Prevention & Control Nurse to join our team and ensure the highest standards of patient safety, especially within our surgical facility.

• Develop and implement Quality Improvement and Patient Safety programs.
• Conduct quality audits and analyze findings for process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with infection prevention protocols and provide staff training.
• Monitor infection surveillance data and address potential outbreaks.
• Foster a culture of patient safety and infection control within the hospital.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BScN) with valid licensure from the Nursing Council of Kenya.
• 5+ years of nursing experience, with 3+ years in infection control or quality improvement.
• Knowledge of healthcare standards (WHO, CDC), quality audits, and infection prevention protocols.
