Our institution is seeking to recruit a highly talented and dynamic professional to fill the position of Community Oral Health Officer based in Machakos Branch.
The incumbent will ensure all dental services are performed according to established procedures, manage client appointments as scheduled, and maintain high standards of hygiene and professionalism in the dental unit, in line with Standard Operating Procedures.
Key Responsibilities
. Educating clients on oral health.
. Examining, diagnosing, and performing extractions of defective teeth.
. Performing minor fillings for affected teeth.
. Treating root canals to prevent further infection.
. Replacing teeth after extraction, when necessary.
. Sterilizing dental equipment before and after use.
Key Qualifications, Experience, Skills, and Competencies
. Degree or Diploma in Oral Community Health
. Over 2 years’ progressive experience in healthcare institution
. Valid Practice license
. Mature person and a team player.
