Sales and Marketing assistant at Novel Green Stores

We're seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing person to join our team in a Food Production Company. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and promoting our food products to increase brand awareness and drive sales growth.

Responsibilities:

- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in the food industry.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Marketing Planning: Create and execute marketing plans to promote our food products, increase brand awareness, and drive sales growth.
- Product Promotion: Promote our food products to potential customers, highlighting their unique features and benefits.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the food industry, and adjust our sales and marketing strategies accordingly.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and maximize results.

Requirements:

- Diploma/degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- Minimum 0-3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the food industry.
- Proven track record of success in sales and marketing, with a strong understanding of the food industry.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of motivation and drive.
- Experience with food safety and quality regulations.
