Description
Kimisitu Investment Company PLC is currently looking for highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Executives to join their real estate team. The successful candidates will be responsible for executing sales and marketing strategies to achieve top-line growth, manage the bottom-line, and increase market share and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels, including networking events, social media, cold calling, and referrals.
- Client Management: Prospect potential clients, establish relationships to understand their real estate needs, satisfaction, and preferences, and provide guidance and support throughout the buying or selling process.
- Sales and Negotiation: Assist clients in evaluating properties, negotiating offers, and closing deals.
- Market Awareness: Stay informed about market trends, property values, and real estate regulations.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other real estate professionals, including agents, brokers, and legal advisors, to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Customer Portfolio Management: Follow up on customer portfolios for amounts payable on installment sales.
- Other Duties: Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- Education: A diploma or degree in sales, marketing, or a business-related field is required.
- Experience: At least two years of sales and marketing experience is necessary. Experience in real estate is an added advantage.
- Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving targets, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Attributes: Self-motivated with a proactive approach to lead generation and business development, attention to detail, strong organizational skills, flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs, and a commitment to professionalism, integrity, and ethical business practices.
