Growth Marketer at ElimuTab

Join our dynamic EdTech team and accelerate growth where technology meets learning. As a Growth Marketer, you’ll design and execute data-driven campaigns, optimize funnels, and scale user acquisition strategies while ensuring ElimuTab reaches more families, schools, and institutions across Africa.

Key Responsibilities

• User Acquisition: Develop and execute strategies to attract parents, schools, and reseller partners through digital campaigns, influencer collaborations, and partnerships.
• Engagement & Retention: Design initiatives to keep customers engaged and ensure long-term satisfaction with ElimuTab products.
• Digital Marketing: Manage social media campaigns (organic & paid), performance marketing, and SEO to build brand visibility.
• Data & Insights: Track and analyze growth metrics (traffic, conversions, CAC, retention, LTV) and use insights to optimize campaigns.
• Experimentation: Run A/B tests, referral programs, and other growth experiments to identify scalable opportunities.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, and content teams to align growth strategies and ensure business impact.
• Partnerships: Build and manage relationships with schools, influencers, and community organizations to expand reach.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or business development (EdTech, consumer tech, or FMCG preferred).
• Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube) and paid ad tools.
• Skilled in analytics and performance tracking tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
• Creative thinker with the ability to design and execute innovative campaigns.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proactive, results-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
