Business Developer – Aurum Consultants

Our client in the Insurance industry is urgently seeking to recruit a competent and well-equipped Business Developer who is well-equipped with industry product knowledge and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Insurance, or a related discipline. 
• Professional certifications like Certificate of Proficiency (COP) in Insurance or Diploma in Insurance (ACII) or an equivalent professional insurance qualification.
• Experience of working in Insurance Brokerage.
• Proven track record (5–7 years) in the insurance industry with solid exposure to insurance operations, business development, and client management.
• Experience in leading teams, overseeing operations, and driving performance.
• Up-to-date understanding of insurance laws, regulatory requirements, underwriting standards, and market trends.
