Enterprise Solution Engineer at KCB Bank

1. Assist in the design, development, and deployment of automation solutions using UiPath or Power Platform to improve business efficiency.

2. Leverage Java or Python to create custom scripts, integrations and components when building custom and complex enterprise solutions.

3. Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine automation requirements, ensuring solutions align with business needs.

4. Design and develop high quality solutions that are scalable, secure, and stable across the enterprise solutions.

5. Design, develop unit test plans and perform unit and scenario testing for application code bases and interfaces.

6. Maintain comprehensive documentation, including process maps, technical specifications, and user guides, to support knowledge sharing and governance.

7. Follow best practices in automation governance, security, compliance, and change management to maintain a stable and secure RPA environment.

8. Provide support and enhancements for deployed solutions, ensuring they adapt to changing business processes.

9. Collaborate with IT and business teams to identify opportunities for automation, drive continuous improvement, and contribute to digital transformation initiatives.
