At least 3 Years experience in the same role.
Conversant with Kenyan labor Laws and HR practices.

Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements.
Is able to handle proper client relations.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in reporting and MS Office suite.
Can work outside Nairobi.
