Our Client, in a fast-paced investment banking environment, is looking for a highly organised, proactive HR & Admin Officer to support HR operations and office administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee office operations
- Handle front-office duties and visitor support
- Coordinate meetings, travel, and company events
- Manage records, correspondence, and administrative documentation
- Liaise with vendors and service providers
- Support basic HR and administrative functions
- Office administration & logistics
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in HR/Business
- 1-2 years HR/Admin experience
- Strong communication & organisational skills
- High professionalism, confidentiality & attention to detail
