Security Officer – Aurum Consultants

Our client, a school based in Kiserian, Kajiado County is looking for a Security Officer to be responsible for ensuring the security of the entire premises.

Responsibilities:

• Patrol the premises and monitor the institution to ensure safety.
• Guard all property, students, staff in the institution against trespassers or damage, day and night.
• Monitor and inspect goods or services being delivered to the premises.
• Record and sign in employees and visitors and sign out as they leave.
• Allocate parking space for vehicles, motorbikes per the parking policy.
• Scan internal staff bags/belongings as they exit and report.
• Submit daily shift reports on the day/night shift occurrences.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years relevant work experience as a security officer.
• National Youth Service Training.
• Certificate in First Aid will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in computer applications.
• Strong interpersonal and communication, customer care skills.
• Incident management skills.
