Key Duties

• Supervise and train stewarding staff.
• Enforce hygiene & HACCP standards.
• Monitor and maintain equipment & supplies.
• Support kitchen operations and events.
• Prepare hygiene and performance reports.

Requirements

• O-Level minimum education.
• 2+ years’ stewarding/hygiene experience.
• Valid Food Handlers Certificate.
• Valid Certificate of Good Conduct.
• Strong leadership, communication & time management skills.
