Description
Africa Merchant Assurance Company (AMACO) is seeking dynamic and results-oriented Unit Managers to join our growing team.
As a Unit Manager, you will play a critical role in driving sales performance, building and mentoring sales teams, and ensuring that AMACO continues to deliver service beyond the obvious.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit, select, train, and mentor independent agents and direct sales force.
Drive achievement of manpower and sales targets.
Source and grow sustainable business for the company.
Expand and manage the business portfolio in line with set targets.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and statutory requirements.
The Ideal Candidate
Minimum KCSE grade C plain.
Diploma or Degree in a business-related field (added advantage).
Certificate of Proficiency (COP) in insurance.
Proven track record of at least 3 years in insurance sales.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
