Job Description
Improving partner management experience, create engaged partnerships and facilitate organic growth. Taking ownership of customers issues and following problems through to resolution. Setting a clear mission and deploying strategies focused towards that mission.
Responsibilities
- Ensure provision of quality service to the IMT partners.
- Receive partner requests and attend to complaints and ensure prompt feedback is given and action taken.
- Ensure optimal performance of the IMT support function.
- Liase with the IT department to address system downtime issues within the specified Service Level agreement
- Maintain constant communication of partner needs, wants and concerns.
- Uphold quality control by advising partners on strategies to decrease errors for future effectiveness.
- Ensure risk and compliance issues are identified, assessed, monitored, controlled and reported.
- Generate sales leads.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Other duties as required.
Qualifications
- A business-related Degree from a recognized University.
- 2- 3 years Working Experience in Operations.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Ability to execute and work around priorities.
