Business Development Manager

Our client in the insurance industry is urgently seeking to recruit a competent and well-equipped Business Development Officer with industry product knowledge and service delivery.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, finance, economics, insurance or related.
• Diploma in Insurance (ACII) or an equivalent professional insurance qualification.
• Experience working in insurance brokerage will be an added advantage.
• Proven track record (5-7 years) in the insurance industry with solid exposure to insurance operations, business development and client management.
• Experience in leading teams, overseeing operations and driving performance.
• Up-to-date understanding of insurnace laws, regulatory requirements, underwriting standards and market trends.
