Our client, based in Nairobi, is seeking a competent individual to fill the above position. The ideal candidate should be proactive, exceptionally organized, and comfortable navigating the complexities of a fast-paced and constantly evolving leadership setting.
Key Requirements:
- A Diploma or Degree in Business Administration.
- A valid driver’s license and the flexibility to travel as needed.
- Demonstrated experience in executive-level assistance, including diary management, communications, and confidential handling of information.
- Proven ability to work effectively under high pressure and in an ever-changing environment.
- Experience in planning, coordinating, and managing international events and travel logistics.
- Outstanding interpersonal and intrapersonal intelligence – able to communicate clearly, build trust, and anticipate the needs of others.
- Strong spiritual values that align with our mission and vision, and a personal sense of integrity, purpose, and professionalism.
