Laboratory Assistant at Nyahururu Elite Schools

Responsibilities

Prepare and arrange the laboratory equipment and materials for experiments

Assist teachers/scientists during practical lessons

Ensure cleanliness and safety in the lab at all times

Properly label, store, and dispose of chemicals and biological samples

Keep an inventory of  lab supplies and request stocking when needed

Maintain accurate records of experiments and equipment use

Qualifications

Certificate/ Diploma in Laboratory Technology or a related field

Basic understanding of lab procedures and safety regulations

Good organizational and communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Prior experience in a school or research lab is an added advantage
