Senior Relationship Manager-Oil & Gas at KCB Bank

For the above position, the ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.

• At least seven (7) years’ experience in the financial/banking sector, including five (5) years in Relationship Management and three (3) in the Oil and Gas sector.

• Strong credit and financial analysis capabilities.
• Proven experience in client portfolio management.
• Solid understanding of Trade and Transaction Banking products.
• High digital proficiency and strong computer literacy.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong commercial acumen.
• Exceptional research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated integrity and the courage to challenge actions and the status quo across business units.
• Strong persuasion, communication, and managerial abilities.
