Graphic Designer

Our client in the financial services industry is seeking a highly creative, detail-oriented, and commercially aware Graphics Designer to join our dynamic team within a fast-paced Capital Markets environment. This role is suited for a sophisticated design professional with strong expertise in corporate branding, financial marketing communication, and high-end visual storytelling.

The successful candidate will play a strategic role in elevating the Bank’s visual identity across corporate communication, investor relations materials, digital campaigns, executive presentations, brand assets, and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate must possess the ability to translate complex financial and investment concepts into visually compelling, premium, and market-aligned creative designs that resonate with high-net-worth clients, institutional investors, and corporate stakeholders.

This position requires an individual with a refined design aesthetic, exceptional creativity, strong understanding of corporate marketing, and the ability to maintain brand consistency within a highly regulated and professional financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop high-quality visual concepts and designs for corporate marketing and communication materials.
* Design premium marketing collateral including brochures, pitch decks, investment reports, infographics, annual reports, social media creatives, corporate profiles, newsletters, and branded content.
* Create visually compelling digital and print campaigns aligned with the Bank’s brand identity and strategic objectives.
* Collaborate with business units to conceptualize and execute marketing and branding initiatives.
* Support executive and investor presentations with polished and professional visual designs.
* Maintain and enhance brand consistency across all communication channels and platforms.
* Design graphics for corporate events, product launches, investment forums, and stakeholder engagements.
* Stay updated on modern design trends, corporate branding standards, and emerging creative technologies.
* Ensure all creative outputs meet high-end corporate and compliance standards within the financial services industry.
* Manage multiple design projects while meeting strict deadlines and maintaining exceptional quality.

Qualifications and Experience

* Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia Design, Marketing, or a related field.
* Minimum of 4–6 years’ experience in professional graphic design, preferably within corporate, financial services, investment, banking, or high-end commercial environments.
* Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in premium corporate branding and marketing design.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and related design tools.
* Experience in motion graphics, digital media, and video editing will be an added advantage.
* Strong understanding of corporate marketing communication and brand positioning.
* Ability to conceptualize sophisticated visual content suitable for executive and investor audiences.
* Exceptional attention to detail, creativity, and time management skills.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
