Our client in the Automotive industry in Nairobi is seeking a qualified and experienced Automotive Workshop Manager to oversee operations in our busy automotive workshop. The ideal candidate will manage a team of technicians, ensure efficient service delivery, and maintain high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Automotive Engineering
• 5+ Years automotive repair experience, 2+ Years in the supervisory role
• Strong leadership, Organizational, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in workshop management systems and basic IT skills.
• Strong technical and diagnostic skills in motor vehicle repair and maintenance.
• Valid Driving Licence
