Herbs Harvesting Supervisor at New Agro Deal Ltd

Department: Production / Harvesting
Purpose: Oversee day-to-day harvesting to ensure quality, hygiene, and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise harvesting teams and allocate tasks
• Maintain harvesting records and ensure traceability
• Identify and report quality issues
• Train harvesters on proper picking techniques

Qualifications:

• Certificate or Diploma in Agriculture
• Experience in herb harvesting is an added advantage
