Department: Packhouse / Production
Purpose: Sort, grade, and pack herbs according to quality standards and export specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Grade herbs based on size, color, and quality
• Maintain hygiene and safety during handling
• Work closely with Quality Control teams
• Meet daily packing and grading targets

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in grading herbs/vegetables is desirable
• High attention to detail and speed
