Business Development Officer – Aurum Consultants

Our client in the insurance industry is urgently seeking to recruit a competent and well-equipped Business Development Officer who is well-equipped with industry product knowledge and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in actuarial science, finance, economics, insurance, or a related discipline. 
• Diploma in Insurance (ACII) or an equivalent professional insurance qualification.
• Experience of working in insurance brokerage will be an added advantage.
• Proven track record (5–7 years) in the insurance industry with solid exposure to insurance operations, business development, and client management.
• Experience in leading teams, overseeing operations, and driving performance.
• Up-to-date understanding of insurance laws, regulatory requirements, underwriting standards, and market trends.
