Key Responsibilities: a) Financial Responsibilities Assist to determine means of improving efficiency and reducing costs where possible, investigate and take corrective action when required. Involved in the planning of manpower and equipment requirements to ensure that the company maintains cost-effective resources which are applied optimally. Collaborate with the Finance & Admin Director to ensure robust corporate governance Ensure accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, internal controls and procedures for preventing financial malpractices Foster a culture of innovation across the company – stay informed about the emerging technologies relevant to the business. Oversee the implementation of new technologies and encourage interdepartmental collaboration for innovative solutions and creative problem solving. Anticipate and plan for potential technological disruptions. Develop, implement and maintain a comprehensive business continuity plan (BCP) to ensure operations continue during crisis. Partner with other team members to identify potential and operational risks and implement mitigation strategies Implement systems and processes that optimize productivity. Monitor operational performance and implement improvement strategies Foster a culture of continuous improvement. Develop strategies to manage company supply chain effectively and address operational issues promptly. Ensure risk Considerations are integrated into decision-making processes within the company. Regularly review risk management policies and procedures Monitor risk exposure and respond promptly to risk events within services offered by the company. b) Customer Focus Develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction – foster a customer centric culture within the company Collaborate with the business development team to ensure company offerings are commercially viable Regularly gather and analyze customer feedback – ensuring services and company offerings meet customer needs Implement effective customer relationship management strategies Engage directly with customers to understand their needs and concerns and ensure the same are addressed satisfactorily. c) Internal Business Processes Ensure self and employees’ duties and responsibilities are performed within the requirements and guidance of the company QMS process. Ensure that company resources are used properly and maintained in their best condition. QMS process lead. Regularly review and update the strategic plans based on company plans (Transformation Plan).
