With a Diploma in Hotel Management and 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, I have had the privilege of working in various key management roles, including General Manager, F&B Manager, and currently as the General Manager in Nairobi. My extensive background has equipped me with the skills and expertise to effectively oversee all hotel operations while ensuring high standards of guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Over the years, I have honed my skills in team management, corporate governance, and staff training, which have been central to my success. I have a proven track record of recruiting top talent, including Managers and Senior Hotel Supervisors, contributing significantly to the growth and development of the teams I have led. Additionally, my experience in Administration, Corporate Governance, Rooms Division, F&B, Banqueting, and Customer service has allowed me to optimize hotel operations across multiple departments, ensuring both profitability and exceptional guest experiences.
