I am a strategic and analytical finance professional with over a decade of experience in business administration, organizational operations, financial reporting and analysis and business development. I have worked in several accounting and administrative roles across the healthcare, industrial, and financial services sectors. Additionally, I have successfully coordinated multiple projects with significant portfolios across East Africa.
In delivering my mandate, I have consistently demonstrated various critical skills, notably:
• Comprehensive knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Expertise in taxation and statutory regulations, particularly concerning statutory bodies like the Kenya Revenue Authority, Local Authorities, NSSF, and NHIF.
• Proficiency in payroll administration and understanding of HR regulations related to labour laws and the Employment Act
• Experience in developing and overseeing warehouse and inventory management processes.
• Strong ability to extract and analyze financial data, identify trends, and draw valid conclusions.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), complex
database management and computerized accounting systems ( SAP, Tally, sage &
QuickBooks).
• Highly developed Managerial skills and ability to build effective working relationship with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.
