I am a passionate and committed Administrative Officer/Assistant with extensive years of experience, demonstrating a history of working with various International NGO Organizations and several reputable Corporate Industries. I am skilled in Corporate Industry and Non-profit Organizations (Start Ups) Administration Jobs (which I garnered by working closely with Finance, Logistics, HR, Procurement & Communications Departments).
I also have excellent Leadership, Front Office, Administrative, Communication, PR, Customer Service, Interpersonal, Events Planning, Organization and Coordination & Microsoft Suites Skills amongst others. I Possess a strong and vast Administrative professional skills with an Advance Diploma focused in Clearing & Forwarding from Goodways Training & Shipping Institute, a Certificate in Macro-Business Management from Strathmore University, A Certificate for Effective Office Administrator, The Advance Effective Office Administrator & for Effective Customer Service from Training Solutions, Certificate in Leadership & Management from The Management University of Africa, Certificates for MS Suites from Institute of Advance Technology and Computer Training Center. I also hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Management and Leadership from the Management University of Africa MUA. I also attained, a Certificate of Attendance for How to Communicate Effectively with Executives from Office Dynamics International, where I am a member.
Currently, I work part-time for Ninagina Consulting as a Consulting Associate remotely; before this, I was working for a private school as an Admin Executive cum The School Administrator (Manager). I also worked for DAI-KIWASH, a USAID WASH project, as an Administrative Officer/Assistant for over 5 years, amongst other reputable organizations.
As an administrative personnel, I wear numerous hats ranging from the office “air traffic controller,” to office concierge, event planner, and manager of executives’ work life in the organizations I have been privileged to work for! I am also doing more with less, supporting multiple people, and figuring out how to navigate in this high-tech world.
