Business Development Officer

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Actuarial Science, Finance, Economics, Insurance, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Professional certification in insurance (ACII or equivalent), with additional training in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development highly desirable.
• Upto 7 years’ experience in the insurance industry with strong exposure to business development, marketing, and client management (brokerage experience is an added advantage).
• Demonstrated track record in sales growth, client acquisition, and market expansion.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to lead teams, oversee operations, and drive performance.
• Strong understanding of insurance regulations, underwriting standards, and market trends, with proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and data-driven sales strategies.
