Description
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, economics, actuarial science, or a related field. Professional certifications like ACII, CPCU, or LOMA add strong credibility.
- Experience of working in Insurance Brokerage.
- Proven track record (5–7 years) in underwriting with solid knowledge of risk assessment, insurance products, and compliance regulations.
- Experience leading teams, coaching underwriters, and overseeing daily operations while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Strong skills in evaluating risks, interpreting data, and making sound underwriting decisions within set policies and authority limits.
- Up-to-date understanding of insurance laws, regulatory requirements, underwriting standards, and market trends.
