Head of Human Resources

Qualifications 

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field. 

Valid membership with the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM) and a current practicing license. 

Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) qualification will be an added advantage. 

Minimum of 5 to 7 years of progressive experience in Human Resource Management, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role. 

Experience in an educational institution will be an added advantage. 

Valid Certificate of Good Conduct.

Strong leadership and team management skills, with proven experience overseeing administrative functions. 

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and report-writing skills. 

High level of integrity, professionalism, and strict adherence to confidentiality.
